not a bad spot to be in. Without knowing your rules for points...here are some bodies you will be looking at. 1) RB Tomlinson, 2) RB Jackson, 3) QB Brady, 4) QB P. Manning, 5) RB Peterson, 6) WR Moss, 7) RB Westbrook, 8) RB Addai, 9) RB Gore, 10) WR Owens 11) QB Brees 12) RB Jones Drew.
There's 12 right there, pick 2 of those that are left. One of those I'd pick a RB, the rest, best available. Most people will not consider a WR in the 1st, but you are late 1st so I'd consider Moss...Owens, watch his health in preseason, all these guys watch their health in preseason. But do not pick WR WR for your 1st 2 picks.
But just my early 2 cents. Good luck.

Go to ESPN.com's fantasy football section. You can do free mock drafts there against other people and you should be able to get a good feel for who will be there.
You won't always be drafting from the #10 slot, but you should be able to get a decent feel by watching each of the positions draft...

did not forget Barber. Good back. Goes back to your rules...if its just a TD scoring league, i'd bump him up a few spots...if you have a yardage based league, then he's a top 15 ish overall guy, and the 8 - 12th ranked RB. Another guy to watch in preseason to see how they are using the new rookie, Felix something. Barber will get the goal line carrys so if its TD base...a good guy to have.

If Barber or Lynch is there, nab em both in a second. I would'nt guess Marion Barber will still be available. Go for Lynch, and if Brady is still there nab him. If not go for top wr, (moss, t.o, wayne)

The rule of thumb is get your RB's first but with 10 and 11 you may be beter off getting a top notch WR and or QB. So you can get a good back or a great WR or QB.
In my mind you need to calculate the production falloff between a RB taken in round 2 or 3 vs. the WR falloff.

I'd think you gotta go RB-RB or RB-QB, depending on your scoring. The WR can wait until pick 30.

You actually are in a good position. You can afford to gamble a little and grab Larry Johnson and either Lynch, MJD, Willie Parker or Barber. Most people will be down on LJ because of last year, but his issues should be cleared up. He had a year to rest, his contract issue is cleared up and they drafted some o-line help. Plus he has some other backs to lighten his load a littel and allow him to run guys over in the 4th.
The more I think about it, with the depth at WR you should be able to get 2 very good RB's and still grab 2 very good WR in rd 3 and 4.

10 in a 10 man league is fine. However, you are going to be in major trouble if you do not select at least 1 RB. With the growing trend of splitting carries etc., there are few every down backs. If you can somehow still get one of them (the name are in the threads above) you have to do it. For the other pick, you have a decision to make. You can probably get your choice of QB or WR. I would advise against that, because you will still be able to get good quality in your next picks here. The dropoff for RBs happens fast.

HORRIBLE advice! Mileage is a very REAL thing fro RB's, and unless your last name is "Dickerson," you're done if you've ever had a season in which you carried the ball more than 370 times. Read the prospectus. LJ is done. Alexander is done. Kevin Smith will be a disaster.
Do not draft LJ anything higher than 4th round.

When you are sitting at the 10 spot or the 1 spot you have a chance to dictate the flow of the draft. If RBs are all going early then you grab the two best WRs on the board. This is a solid year for RBs later in the draft. Use your position as a strength and do not get caught taking guys out of panic. You could grab a Jonathon Stewart and another RB that always slips in 10 man drafts.
