Who would you keep (fantasy football)
Small $$$ league, six teams, snake draft, I have the #5 slot.
Marshall Faulk, RB, St. Louis. Positives: HE'S MARSHALL FREAKIN' FAULK! Negatives: The Rams have Lamar Gordon and traded up to get Steven Jackson. Faulk hasn't played a complete season in a while. His overall numbers are declining as are his yards per carry and yards per catch.
Ricky Williams, RB, Miami. Positives: The Dolphins like giving him the ball 70 times a game. Injury bug seems to have gone away. Has been my keeper the last three seasons. Negatives: In every running situation, the D knows who to key on. Dolphins tended not to give him the ball inside the 3 and rarely on a third down play.
Terrell Owens, WR, Philadelphia. Positives: Has scored even with inadequate quarterbacking. Still a deep threat. Negatives: Although an elite receiver, might be able to draft in first round. His bad games are really bad.
I don't have any other player I'd think of keeping. (My QBs last year were Garcia and Hasselbeck.)
Right now I'm 80% sure of keeping Ricky, but something just doesn't sit right letting Marshall go.

I'd go with Williams. RBs are (usually) more important/more consistent scorers. You said TO might be draftable in the first round and when the games really matter the most late in the season, he still has to play WR in Philly/NFC East weather.

I think you are much better off keeping Williams. How many players are you able to keep from your previous team? If only 6 teams are in this league and they can keep 1 player each, maybe looking at keeping Owens and know you will have a decent shot at 2 good RB's that were left over. Remember, you'll have the 5th pick and then the 8th. There you would probably be able to get Rudi Johnson and Domonic Davis, plus you'd have a money
WR. Just a thought.

Don't keep Faulk. His surgery didn't go well and he may miss the entire season. Gotta go with Ricky there.

Just, ya know, it seems wrong not to protect him.
