Fantasy Football
What is the best site to sign up for fantasy football? In the past I have done cbs sportsline and yahoo. Not a big fan of the yahoo layout. Can anyone tell me about ESPN? I heard it is a nice setup there. Any opinions?

Ken Mannie
ESPN is style over substance

CBS is substance over style.

Yahoo is junk

I've heard some people talk about Fanball as a OK alternative.

I've done ESPN since 1997 and swore by it. But after purchasing league manager last season and experiencing all the problems with very little "special features" it offered, I'm done with them. I'm commish of a CBS league now and so far i'm pleased with the extras and depth it offers.

What are the extras features with CBS? This is my first year with ESPN.

Fanball and CBS are pretty close the same thing. CBS has quicker live scoring than fanball, but Fanball sends out news and notes year round instead of the season like CBS. Yahoo is Garbage. Espn in ok

The only two that I have used is Sandbox and ESPN. Didnt mind ESPN, but I know that our manager had a few issues with scoring. We are trying cbs this year.

Fanball says it is $59 for the league.. How many teams does that include?

As for the standalone product (not league manager page) with CBS you can actually win something if you win your league.

ESPN - $30 entry fee and winner gets a t-shirt
CBS - $40 entry fee and winner gets $200 bucks

I have never used it but i know a lot of people that swear by RT sports, (they are the computer illiterate type though)
