Rate my fantasy team.

Had our draft yesterday. I had the fifth pick in a serpentine draft. Here's how I fared:

QB: Donovan McNabb; Byron Leftwich; Mark Brunell; Drew Henson
RB: Ahman Green; Rudi Johnson; Travis Henry; C. Buckhalter; Emmitt Smith
WR: Koren Robinson; Andre Johnson; Ashley Lelie; Roy Williams; Rod Gardner;
P. Warrick
TE: Randy McMichael
K: Josh Brown (SEA)
D: Jaguars

Notes: Ron Dayne went in the second round! Some one drafted Champ Bailey as a WR. Another guy drafted Shannon Sharpe. Ricky Williams went in the 18th round--that's also where I took Henson.

How'd I do?

Knowing almost nothing about fantasy football, it looks like a pretty good team. Ahman Green was an excellent pick-up and McNabb seems poised for a good year.

How many QB's does you league start? If only 1, get deeper for RB's and WR's.

Otherwise, decent team.

We only start one QB. I only had three QBs going into the 18th round, but when Henson was still there (and this being a keeper league), I decided to take a chance on him.

Travis has done a 180 and was quoted after last nights game that it's all about the team. He is the starter, there is no competition for the job, unless he gets hurt. Although Willis did look good last night you have to keep in mind that he was facing Denver's second and third string defense. When Travis was in the Broncos were playing 8, sometimes 9 men in the box focusing on the run. Drew Bledsoe never audibled out of the run to a pass because the focus of the preseason has been to establish a strong ground game to open up the pass. Expect Henry to get the majority of the carries in the regular season, 15+, and Willis to get somewhere in the 3-7 range. Don't be at all surprised to see them both in the backfield at the same time. All of this is of course dependent on injuries, but if last season is any indication Travis will play hurt, he played with broken ribs and a stress fracture in his leg.

Your assessment of almost every player is dead wrong. I'll give you your response to Smith, and Josh Brown, but most of them you have no clue.

Moot, this year as there was no healthy capable backup last year.... Henry had to play if he was listed as anything less than "Dead" on the injury report.

Another Lions fan in my league took him pretty early.

By the way, I know E. Smith is old and slow, but he is still a starting RB and I picked him up way late in the draft.

One guy in our league took both Marcel Shipp and Anquan Boldin in like the first 5-6 rounds. Obviously, drafting for the future.

What's wrong with Brown? SEA scores lots of points = lots of PATs. I took him in the 16th round and every player ranking I've seen has him between 5th and 12th among kickers.

his RB situation is good. 12 team league * 2 RBs = 24, there are not 24 solid starting RB's in the NFL, plus he was able to get peeps with a good shot at startin behind them.

too many qbs, i like the leftwich, but brunell is bad. good risk on henson. WR's are a little shaky, but you can always find ok WR on the waiver.

overall looks pretty good.

Think about it. In a 12 team league if your ranked as the #12 kicker that sucks.

All grades in a fantasy draft are all relative because you only draft the best players (in a 12 team league). So even though rankings may have him as the #8 kicker, that means you are in the bottom half in your league.

To answer your "front" about my rankings:

Leftwich= GREAT fantasy backup quarterback. Should have a breakout year.
Brunell= Again, for a 3rd string fantasy QB, not bad at all.
Rudi Johnson= Questionable. May be outplayed by Perry (their #1 draft pick) and lose his #1 spot by midseason. This could go either way.
Travis Henry= Will lose his spot to McGahee. Henry is already bit**** and moaning about how if he is not #1 he is out of town. See ya'.
Buckhalter= For a #4 running back, not bad at all.
Andre Johnson= The #1 Receiver on an up and coming Texans team. Will have a huge year this year.
Jaguars D= I think they were ranked as the #6 overall defense last year, #1 against the run. How this is to you I have no clue.

Now, I know this is all hearsay until the games actually get played. Im not saying your predictions/evalution won't pan out to be true. But going off of what happened last year and what alot of the "experts" are saying this year, some of your evaluations are off.
