Help re: fantasy trade proposal

12 team draft yesterday. I had the 7th pick, Portis slipped and I took him. Got Fred Taylor coming back around. Continued to go heavy RB and took Deuce Staley next. Three rounds later I took Steven Jackson (a stretch, but went with a gut feeling). We play a combo of 2/3 running back/wide receivers.

Today a team realized how he screwed up and is scrambling to get a RB. He offered Tory Holt straight up for Fred Taylor, after initially passing on Taylor. Here are my two potential lineups:

Trent Green
Clinton Portis
Fred Taylor
Duce Staley
Derrick Mason
Koren Robinson/Freddie Mitchelll
TE
K
De

or

Trent Green
Clinton Portis
Duce Staley
Tory Holt
Derrick Mason
Koren Robinson/Freddie Mitchell

My backup RB's are Steven Jackson and Najeh Davenport.

Would you trade Taylor for Tory Holt?

Yes, I would, but I have to tell you that Duce will not get you anythig, I had to play him a couple of times last year and he was a non-issue, at least Davenport might score every once and a while.

Keep Taylor.

St. Louis is in disarray. Holt is still damn good. But Bulger isn't.

What do you think your best course of action would be? Would it be the WR? Or the RB?

I would say keep the RB, but I am not in your shoes. They sound like awfully big shoes!

What do you think?

Whats your scoring?

Position considerations aren't that big of a factor since you can interchange Taylor for Holt. Really just matters which one will score more points. Probably Taylor, but it depends on your system.
