I need Fantasy Football help today
I have three running backs to choose from. Ladanian Tomlinsin; Curtins Martin; Fred Taylor. I must start 2.
I will be starting LT for certain.
The other 2 are a toss-up.
Martin will be on the road facing Miami
Miami is allowing 143 ypg rushing.
Taylor will at home facing Indy
Indy is allowing 103 ypg rushing.
Martin has been incredible in 3 games so far but he is due for a bad game.
Taylor has been decent but has come on strong as of late.
Any advice woul be very much appreciated.

I was kind of leanning that way. BUT Martin might get a ton of carries due to Miami's ineptness at QB which could translate in a ton of possession time for the Jets. Also, if the Jags fall behind early they will stpo running and start passing.
I have anayzed the hell out of this and I can't make up my mind. I agree with your assessment of Martin's opponents though. He has faced some powder puff defenses.

Thanks for your input guys. I decided to go with Fred.
I had antoher dilemma at QB as well. We start 2 QB's.
I stuck with Vick as the 1st starter but I had to choose between David Carr and Kurt Warner as my second starter. I went with Warner for 2 reasons:
a) Green Bay's defense is 28th in the league against the pass.
b) The Green Bay-NYG game is being televised here so I can watch him play today. Plus Jeremy Shockey is my TE.:D

What about Keary Colbert on the Panthers at home vs. Atlanta or Dante Stallworth of NO against Arizona on the road? Roy Williams is on the bye, and I don't know if I should take the risk with the rookie Colbert.

Thanks for the help guys. Fred Taylor got me 7 points today. :D
I switched from Curtis Martin to Taylor and got screwed. I should have stuck to the reasoning I posted earlier but I relented. Oh well. At least noon else in my league got Martin's points.

Curtis Martin 110 yds rushing and a TD along with 31 rec yds. 23pts for my bench. Neat. -16 on that screw up. Also I benched David Carr.

Some days are better than others.
This isn't one of them.

Don't feel bad....of my 4 RB's (E. James, Westbrook, O Smith, Barlow) I have played the WORST pair each week so far. It feels really good to get 15 points out of your starting RB's when you get 50 points out of your bench RB's for three straight GD weeks

Preach it bro. That race had a horrendous ending.
But my fantasy team is winning 157-105. I still have the Rams D to play and my opponent has Mark Bulger yet to go.
FTR I am only starting the Rams D because they are playing San Fran.
I should end up 4-0 for the season after today, which is great, but we play total points for the 1st 13 weeks. We get a bye if we are leading the division in points. If you get a bye you automatically get your $200 back and if you win you make the Superbowl. $900 to win and $500 for 2nd.

I have a 1QB/1RB/2WR/1Flex RB/WR league I'm in. My RB's are Westbrook, Chris Brown, Barber, Barlow and T. Jones. I'm stacked at RB. I started Brown and T. Jones. Barber and Westbrook have 42 pts, Jones and Brown 13.... I'm losing pretty bad.
I need to trade for some WR's....

I currently have 3 healthy starting QB's; 3 healthy starting RB's; 7 healthy starting WR's; the problem I have is a good one to have but I usually bench someone I should have started. I am getting bombarded with trade offers but I am kind of hording these guys. Some people say that I'm being a jerk but I am afraid to trade away someone only to need him later because of an injury. My league pays a grand to win. But in your situation, I would trade Barber for a WR.
