FANTASY football help
I need some help for this sunday. who should i play.
ahmon green (at detroit)
or
deuce MCallister ( home) minnesota
they both sucked ass last week.
here is another one
Ben roethlisberger (home) san fran
or
chad pennington (at) dallas
Now these guys are playing very well that's the problem. I have been switching them each week with culpepper the main starter.
Also I have brunell as a emergency back up but he sucks ass to. i was thinking about waving him.
what do you guys think?

I would play Chad Pennington. Although Dallas's defense is good, I think Pennington is a better QB. Rothlisburger (sp?) is good, but he is still a rookie. I would also start Deuce over Ahman Green. Ahman is the fumble machine, and the way detroit's defense is playing recently with forcing a lot of TO's, I can see Ahman cough up a couple. Deuce is a solid back, but I think he didn't do too well last week cause of his injury issues. That's at tough one, but I would choose Deuce.

1. Dump Brunell and pick up Tim Rattay.
2. Start Deuce and Pennington.

I'd go with Green (Sherman will be hell-bent on giving Green every carry he can to keep the God-awful defense off the field) and Pennington. He is too good to not play.

McAllister and Roethlisburger.
Duece is at home. Dallas' D is significantly better than the Niners.

The kid had to throw something like 56 times on Sunday and they're always behind in games, so he could become a real solid #2 QB.

I would not start Deuce McAllister against the Vikes. They have a top ten run defense (which is most likely a function of how their games progress - see below), and given that the Vikes offense is very good, there's a good chance that New Orleans will be passing alot just to play catch up. Every Vikes opponent this year (except for Philly) has basically abandoned the run in the second half of those games. As for the QB, I would pick Rothlesberger. The niners defense was bad before, and now with Peterson out, they have no pass rush.

I disagree. Even though Minnesota has a top ten defense they still allow 90 yards a game rushing. Besides that, they have allowed a rushing TD in every single game. However, you must realize that the Vikings haven't faced a top-tier RB (Davis is close). I would say that Deuce is a better RB than Thomas Jones but Jones still ran for 110 yards on 22 carries with a TD.
You are right that a lot of the teams are playing catchup against the Vikings so they don't run a lot. But notice that the Saints were losing 20-7 to TB this weekend but decided to stick with the run and Deuce had over a 100 yards. The same thing will happen this weekend as the NO pass offense is struggling. The run will keep them alive.

That's a tough one because Griffin is going to share carries with Droughns now. Furthermore, Zereoure will share carries with Fargas. I would go after Moore (Min) or Pittman (TB) if they are still available.

Griffin will be back this week. And if he wasn't, Droughns would be a better pick up than Zereoue.

Green always puts up serious numbers against the Lions. With the pack against the wall I think I would play Green.

Mewelde Moore will share with Moe Williams (Williams is coming back from a calf injury) - especially at the goal line - this coming week, and with Bennett in the weeks after that.

Leftwich.... The KC receivers haven't been very impressive this year, and Jacksonville has been decent against the pass.
