Fantasy WRs
Pick two for this week:
Andre Johnson v. TEN
Nate Burleson v. JAX
Ashlie Lelie v. OAK
Roy Williams v. IND
All are homes games for my players.
Andre Johnson seems like a can't lose pick to me, but what about the other three?

Truly a toss-up.
I am debating on plying Roy Williams this week. He hasn't been the same since he's been hurt and Joey has been sucking.
However Detroit usually steps up big on Thanksgiving.

Isn't Moss back this week? If so, I'd go w/Johnson and Williams.
Thursday has the makings of a shoot out.
Denver will kill Oakland and they'll just keep running Droughns.

pick 3 b/c I'm lazy.
Chad Johnson vs. Cleveland
Boldin vs. NYJ
Kennison vs. SD
Branch vs. Bal
Chambers vs. SF
Also, McNabb vs. NYG or Roethlisberger vs. Wash?

Agreed on chicks pick, although you should never decide between McNabb and Big Ben. McNabb always.
As for yours hippy, Wayne and Mason are locks, always this year. Kennison for your 3rd.

You can't go wrong with Lelie as of late. His last 3 games:
94 yds, TD
81 yds, TD
79 yds, TD
I am staring him over Bruce. Lelie has a TD in 5 of his last 6 games.

It's not that I hate him, but I'm a fan of Big Ben.
For you, I'd dump Peerless. He's been pretty much worthless to me and I actually picked up Kennison for him. So I'd go with Mason , Kennison, Wayne.

Wayne is a must start! Besides that, I would go with Kennison and Mason.

Although Johnson is having a bad yea you really can't bench him. Especially against the in state rival. Chambers against SF and Boldin. I would start McNabb.

I think Chambers will do better against SF than Branch will do against Baltimore. Chambers has had 100 yards in 3 of his last 4.

My QB's are McNabb and Palmer. My RB's are Edge and Dillon so I have a pretty solid squad. We dont start TE's (although you can use them as WR's). The only thing that is going to kill me is an injury in my backfield cause I only have Tatum Bell and Kevin Faulk backing up Dillon and Edge. I could drop Price for a RB but all of the decent RB's are spoken for in a 13 team league.
|
My RB's are Holmes and Lewis. Pretty damn crappy knowing that I will probably have to start Dillon and Blaylock this weekend.

This isn't even an issue.
Johnson all day long.
McKardell isn't the first option, Gates is.
Clayton plays on a terrible offense, who doesn't put up enough points.
Rod Smith loses points to Lelie and Putzier, but Denver is also going to run more with Droughns than throw.

That sucks you don't get to play tightends. The most fun is getting a tightend to perform that noone else had any idea about. (EX: Drafting Antonio Gates in the last round of my draft, who is leading all tight ends in fantasy points)

I picked Roethlisberger for the Pitt/Philly game and I'm glad I took a chance on Roethlisberger. But you are right...McNabb is more consistent.
