I saw Chair's post froma nother board that said Nix is a top 75 player, where does Sherman fall in presently? Rankings haven't been updated in a while so I'm not sure.

How many scholarships does Izzo have for 2009? I read two somewhere but don't we lose Walton, Suton, Grey, and Ibok at the end of the year?

We have four but there has been some talk about holding one back for 10 since we only have 2 for that year.

I highly doubt that Dahlman would redshirt....and he still would count against our limit. All it would do is just extend his eligibility by a year.

I don't understand why people keep throwing out the idea that Dahlman should redshirt. It won't help him, it won't help our program, absolutely no point in doing it.

Tom Izzo's mentioned it in interviews. Thats why it's coming up in this thread. He mentioned how a mid career redshirt helped David Thomas.

Anyway hypothetically say Wilson commits. Here are the likely rankings.

Sherman = Top 130 ***
Nix = Top 80 ****
Wilson = Top 15 *****

I could live with that though Nix play has me somewhat worried.
