No way.

Trey Ziegler is going to have those kind of offers and if he turns them down to be in a much lesser conference and play and practice against much lesser talent, just to play with dad...to each his own, but I think that's an iffy decision. TIA.

If memory serves....Stuckey was recruited heavily by Washington and Washington State, but bad grades, off court issues, etc. scared them away and that was the main reason he landed at EWU.

Again, everyone makes their college decision based on criteria that is set by them. If this kid's dream is to play for his dad then good for him for having that chance. If he is a one and done type of player than it may not matter as he's good enough for the NBA anyways. However, if the kid needs to develop he will have a better opportunity to do that at a big time school.

yes i do. BTW Charlie went over to Europe, dominated and is now with the Bucks. He didnt get drafted so your point is null there

Not really. It's obviously a point that can not be proven conclusively one way or the other, but the point I was making was that he further developed his skills by playing in the Big Ten and playing for Izzo. The fact that he played somewhere else between MSU and NBA doesn't change that fact. One could easily argue that had he not played for a big time program he wouldn't have even been able to play in Europe and therefore never made it to the NBA.

UM had a visitor from Nevada name Moses Morgan this weekend and in the article up on Scout, Morgan said Zeigler told him that if he had to decide right now, he'd go to UM.

One of my best friends brother played ball at GVSU a couple years ago. He plays in Finland now. The reason why he is over there is because a scout liked what he saw in an open gym in Boston. A ton of kids with just plain talent make it to Europe and the NBA.

He is a talent and if you can find a scholarship (Nix redshirts so less need for a big in 2010, several bigs in 2011, etc) then you want him.

yeah im good friends with his brother. he had a nice stroke but never really got a chance to shoot that often. anyways i know he was in Finland last year but i havnt talked to him since. Im sure he is partying it up with Visser in Germany

Trey is not M's to lose...yet. And I would be shocked if Trey was the first out of that group to commit to M...more likely that Kearney would drop, which would help them with Trey.

He is as big a UofM sunshine person as there is and he just posted "I wouldnt say UM is his leader nor am I optimistic that he comes to UM."

I saw some comments that the msu players were saying something to the effect of "that's why you need to come to MSU".
