I realize that this is nothing more then a chart of ships available per year and not who will actually be here but I think I might add a ? behind Roe's name in 10 and 11 to just show that there is a strong possibility he will not be here in those years. I'd be shocked if he was.

As I look at this chart, it just jumps out at me that Herzog could be a key component to this team being strong over the next couple of years. He has got to contribute something to this team aside from being on the practice squad. Of course, I've been saying the same thing about Marquise Gray for the last 3 years and he has yet to show much consistency. It would be wonderful if those two guys could become impact players this year. That would open things up tremendously for the guys on the pereimeter.

I also think that this team will miss Naymick more than they will miss Neitzel. Just my opinion but it seemed like Naymick was more valuable in what he gave this team from a defensive standpoint than Neitzel was on the offensive side of the court.

Well prepare to be shocked. He is a 6'8 PF. Look at Tyler Hansborough, Jason Maxiell, Lawrence Roberts, Glen Davis, and many more. If you don't fit the NBA model, you are much more likely to stay in school.

That all said, and I wish I was wrong...but Delvon is much closer to being a 6'8" SF than any of the players that you mentioned. If you watched him guard, 6'5" PG/SG Jrue Holiday out on the perimeter in that game on ESPN, you could tell that he has the quickness that most PF's (even elite PF's) don't possess.

He's only a good handle and a good jumper away from being a NBA lottery pick at the SF position and we've all read the reports of his marathon jumpshooting sessions since he's come back from his knee surgery.

Obviously a part of me hopes that he's more Tyler Hansbrough and (if his jumper and handle improves) Tayshaun Prince than he is Tyrus Thomas and Darrell Arthur...but he is whatever he is, so we'll see.

Not too worried about preparing to be shocked since I don't believe I will be. Having said that, I hope I am.

I love MSU hoops but our fans need to stop with the overhyping of players. I have read for some time how Morgan was going to "blow-up", Oh my god he is going to leave early, yada yada. Can we actually SEE a player for a year before we start talking about leaving early? It is just silly.
