    Delaware is great, no sales tax, low property taxes and many nice areas to live and close enough to Philly and Baltimore for travel and fun. Also, relatively easy to get to the NJ shore and DE beaches. I get most of my information through the Philly Alum Association, not sure there is a DE Assoc, certainly not enough people (state is too small).
