Yo Maximus, my sources told me that Foles' Dad disclosed that Nick did not want to compete against Keith Nichol and that if Nichol transfered to MSU then Nick would bolt. That happened within 24 hours after Keith told the MSU coaches that he wanted to come to MSU. So no surprise there. Also, the OU coaches and the father of one of the WR recruits told my friend Matt (and the MSU coaches) that Keith was the most talented QB on their roster but they went with Sam Bradford as their starter because he had the most command of their playbook. They (OU coaches) still thought KN might beat Sam out in the future as the 1st string QB. He is a definite upgrade in talent for MSU. Its just a little nervous though because we only have 2 scholarship QBs on the roster for this year. Thus, Coach D is looking to land a JC QB (if a quality one is available) to help give us some insurance for this season. Godo to hear from ya and GO GREEN!!!!
