 OK....I'm not gonna argue Coms' first 3 years with you. There's no point. They've been terrible. If he turns it around this year, and we have a great season, I'll change my view.

Btw is there any chance of our team being full strength and how long is each player gonna be out? Cause we keep winning without them but my nerves would be better if they could play as well... guess its great experience for the young guys..

Man, one win and you jumped ship? Why don't you see how the season pans out and wait until the mid term report before deciding he is the man. If one of my associates writes one brilliant memo and then follows it up with crap and more crap, they are out the door.

That isn't possible is it?

stupidest comparison ever
Izzo = no other coaches
stop comparing him to other coaches and their situation's when they are 'Failing' or start to improve.

Al, I've been waiting to call you out on the quote you have from me in your signature. As the person riding Comley's jock maybe more than anyone I will admit that last nights win showed lots of character and proved to be a huge win for the program, but we cannot settle on this. But on behalf of sunshine blowers of the MSU hockey program, I will accept your apology.
ALSO: I am reminding everyone of my promise. Show up to Crunchy's after the game tonight with a ticket stub and I will buy two rounds of drinks for everyone!! GO GREEN!

I, for one, welcome Al back from "the Dark Side." Go forth, Al, and walk the path of truth and righteousness. Sin no moe, ma brotha.
Just remember, too, that a good chunk of the imaptience with Comley was orchestrated by MaizeOut and his acolites. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with skepticism of Comley based on his record here. Just don't be unrealistic or distort truly good "reasons" for why things don't work, claiming those reasons are merely "excuses." It isn't always bad coaching, recruiting, or being a dusch-bag. And the player is almost never right, i.e., Thelen, et. al.

Not ready..yet.
Look, I think I speak for most of the "Fire Comley" crowd, when I say, that the support for or desire to have a quality program at MSU never went away-in fact, it was out of the love and desire to have MSU winning games again that anybody ever said "Fire Comley".
That aside, yes this year is looking good-especially when you factor in the schedule to date with the injuries.
At the end of the year-like in any other job, you get a performance review, I think at the current rate, Comley would have his first good one at MSU. Make it two, three years in a row, and I will officially retire the phrase from my lexicon.

I almost jumped on the Comley bandwagon after the NMU sweep, but last season's collapse against every team not in the top 10 gave me pause. I'm now firmly convinced that we will never see a banner raised at Munn until Comley is replaced. Hopefully we will only have to endure the rest of this season and next (in my opinion that is the soonest that he will "retire"), and we can get back on track.

Hopefully after 2 more years of dwindling fans and unsold SS Boxes he'll take RM and JLS with him. Unfortunately that's how I see this playing out after a couple more painful years. When bottom has been hit. Hopefully the pain and horror of it all doesn't take down with them

Yeah, I thought this was appropriate consider the anti-Comley sentiment over the past year.

 Well I got JLS and RM right.
Can't believe this didn't get bumped after NC
