The way some of you are pissing on the program, and how its going to suck, should be ashamed. Izzo for President baby

We're getting off track here - but Shannon saying goodbye exposes the weaknesses of some of Izzo's recent classes. If anything, Neitzel is the strength. We have Ibok, Rowley (I know he's gone), Mojo as mysteries - Naymick needs to improve - I think the jury is out on Grey and Suton.

I'm not surprised, is anyone else?
Good luck in the NBA Shannon.

Shannon impressed with his athleticism, "power", energy (referring to tenacity with which he ran all of the drills), and BIG HANDS...

Agree...this by no way means he's an automatic first rounder which would be the only reason he would leave IMO because he would get a guaranteed contract...I'm sure he's still trying to get that read...if he does get a strong read that he's going in the 1st round then he'll sign with an agent and then he's done...

Depends on where he goes. I agree that most likely he won't start, but you never know. He could end up like Eric Snow with Philly where it was a matter of it being in the right place at the rignt time. Down the road I could see him in a role like Corey Maggette where he comes off the bench and contributes solid minutes and instant offense. time will tell.
