Methinks the answer would be yes. But like I said, that would never happen on our board.

When Izzo dies i hope message boards from all our rivals are posting that. That would be the best compliment you could pay the guy.

Good riddance Bo. Enjoy the after life in hell right next to Woody Hayes.

R.I.P.
My condolences to the UM family.
I didn't like him, but certainly don't revel in the fact he died. I'm still rooting my a** off for the Buckeyes tomorrow.

anyone who disses him is truly a very small human being. I am as "green" as anyone around here but could never, ever say anything bad about him at the time of his death. I said a prayer for him this morning, even though I am not an overly religious person, and upon hearing he died, I admit to having a tear in my eye. RIP Bo.

R.I.P. Bo. You can't knock the man's success. He built the UofM football program to what it is today. My only beef with Bo is that he coached at Michigan rather than at MSU. Sure, he had an arrogant attitude towards MSU. But, he backed it up on the football field. How is that any worse than having an arrogant attitude towards UofM and backing it up on the b-ball court?
To all the scumbags enjoying his death, thanks for reinforcing the view that MSU fans are classless

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and the UM fans. The old coach was a great asset to the state of Michigan and a worthy adversary. He will be missed.

Lot's of classy folks around here.
Too bad for UM. He was a great coach, did a lot for his school and multiple charities. His life should be celebrated. Too bad he wasn't an MSU guy.

Hmmm.....this quote from the obit article should have tipped us off sooner...
"Schembechler met with the media this week to discuss Saturday's game between the No. 1 Buckeyes and No. 2 Wolverines. He also talked about the device that was implanted to regulate his heartbeat after he was hospitalized last month. He said the device covered about half his chest, and doctors still were adjusting it."
One gets the feeling that they didn't quite get it right.

When I graduated from State I went to Mich Law. Bump Elliott was coach first year, great recruits, mediocre results. Then Bo took over, with a philosophy of discipline, strong defense, no turnovers, force other teams turnovers. With the talent already in place, he made a great coach.
He will be missed.

I'm sure this will just get rolled in with all of the other posts, but if people want to make jokes about it, let them. This is a free country, he was a public figure and (sorry, but) an *******. Joey, you need to relax. Just because he died, people are supposed to change their feelings about him? Will you start loving Bobby Williams when he dies? How about Perles? Furgeson?
