"Ellie, when we were kids, what was it you had again?"

Apple highlights the following as the three major changes: • Resolves sporadic issue that may cause iPhone to not wake from sleep
• Resolves intermittent issue that may interrupt cellular network services until restart
• Fixes bug that could cause occasional crash during video streaming

Can somene help with this?
Unlocked/jailbroken phone. I followed the directions. Phone works fine on tmobile. The feature set won't load. Can not get any of the improvements or applications offered to load. There is a message asking about waiting for compatibilities.
It's as if the version of software on the phone is advanced beyond these applications. I did follow instructions to run the most recent iPhone firmware - I think 3.1 - when the jailbreaking was done.

So mms messages are now working on my AT&T iPhone. None of my friends with iPhones are upgraded including those jailbroken aren't functioning-see previous post.

I used to think u were all crazy talking about bad connections and slow network. Then I came in town two weeks ago for the michigan game. I could not get any type of phone signal in the stadium let alone data.

The last month or so has offered some of the worst app connectivity since I've owned my iPhone. I've downloaded all the updates but my phone is still sluggish and at times with some apps (like sportacular and facebook in particular) completely unresponsive.
WTF is up? Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure this is because of the vast number of cell phone activity going on every gameday at SS. I have an iPhone and don't get any reception inside the stadium, but nor do my buddies with other services. Same deal right after the game. It sucks since I can't use the phone to keep tabs on other games

I have frequent issues with all three of those. Made me start to hate the phone.

Got about a dozen texts the following day that had all been sent during the game. Not sure why I didn't get them as soon as I hit a non-East Lansing cell tower (ie on my drive back to GR). They definitely need to figure out a way to bolster the network. The new mini-towers that you'll be able to buy for your house will probably help a great deal though, gets people off the network and onto using their own internet source.

So why is it that at the final four and in the Georgia dome during huge events I have no problem with my phone?
