I was under the assumption that he did have a camera on him? I thought that was part of the renovation when they fixed that area all up a while ago.
I know they have lights on him all night.

I'll give independant confirmation, I saw it on my morning drive to school. Yellow paint on the brick, it's about 2' tall. Kinda wondered where JS went off to.
