Unfortunately that very thing is encouraged by the governing body in order to promote the sport and attract more male viewers. Look at sports like women's professional volleyball, Tennis and Golf. They have all played the hot chick angle at one time or another. 
I forgot the WNBA, Women's Softball and Women's Soccer. Add those to the mix also.

If the image were reversed, wouldnt it also reverse the handing on the club? That would mean she swings left handed, thus the glove is still on the wrong hand.

You're right, she probably doesn't know which hand the glove goes on.
Most likely some dip**** photographer's assistant provided the glove and had no clue.

this is the likely scenario. she probably didnt bring her equipment with her to the shoot and someone ran out and got the wrong one.
I also find it funny when watching a commercial with an NFL player, when the player is obviously wearing a replica jersey. There is a Reggie Bush one where his jersey is so cheap it doesnt even have the NFL shield on it. Even replica jerseys have those now.

I didn’t consider the potential of it being a reverse image, I’ll admit. But I think you are correct. Looking at just the club (the metal heel plate being the key) and the glove, either way, the glove is on the wrong hand.
