I think you just got your ammo for the next time he tries to claim this with Lucas' play today... .

This debate is officially over after Kalin's performance tonight....
The real debate is why Beilein wears dress shirts 5 sizes too big....

I only caught a few minutes of their game today, but from what I saw, I'm pretty sure they could beat the scUM lesbos I'm more accustomed to watching.
Although Carly Benson would hurt them.

Actually it is pretty close:
U of M has played, Georgetown, Butler, Boston College, Duke, and UCLA
versus State:
Mizzou, UCLA, NC State, Bradley, BYU, and Texas
But we're 5-1 against those teams whereas they are 0-5
and actually we've played the SAME # of ranked teams as U of M

And we didn't try to get out of playing the tough teams we've played either.

Wrong. UM's SOS rank: 18. MSU's SOS rank: 45

Its funny, Kalin really is a gamer. He's scored in the double digits in 4 games, Missouri, Bradley, San Jose, and Texas. Kelvin is actually averaging less points per game, less rebounds, less assists, and less steals than Kalin. His FG% may be higher, and his shot may be better, but the end result is that he's inconsistent and doesn't make his team much better...

Kalin doesn't make MSU better? Is that what you are saying?

if you say ranked teams do you mean ranked at the time we played them or as of right now?
Probably "right now" will give you a better picture of the REAL strength of schedule.

If Grady is so great, why is he only playing 23 mins on a team that is so bad? By your co-workers logic, he should be playing 40 mins a night.

ahhh this brings me back to the days when my coworkers used to tell me that Lavalle Blanchard was better than JRich.
I found the best thing to do is just nod and say "ok, i'm just gonna write that down so in a couple years we can look back and see." Then hold on to that note and a few years later you can say "hey look at this! Well....JRich just won the NBA dunk contest and was MVP in the All-rookie game! But hey...Blanchard got honorable mention for all-big ten.... I'll let you guys decide who is 'better.'"
So ya...I'm sure you'll have something hilarious like that to say in a couple years.

Grady won't be on the team in 2 years. He's not good. Mods should LOCK this thread. It is a pointless thread.

Hmm. . .he had 2 pts. against UCLA, 11 vs. CMU, 9 vs. Duke, 3 vs. Harvard, 8 vs. Boston Co.
He really lights it up against good competition, eh?
On the other hand, KL had 18 vs. Texas the other night, and more than held his own against arguably the best college point guard in the country.
I might say that.
