I went to Rick's and the Riv last two years. Didn't really see too many people drunk and depressed - it was actually a fun time, and I don't know any hot chicks who would be actually be depressed about being single on Valentines day. It was actually like any other night at Rick's or Riv

I'm guessing this is just some self propagated myth someone gave to boost confidence.

I disagree, I think girls' defenses are way too high right now. They know guys are looking to take advantage. However, if you're hanging out with a friend who's a girl, there's a great chance for action. In my humble opinion.
