Here's hoping the one of the handful of games I get to watch goes better than the past few national games have gone.

this will be the first full game I get to watch with Curtis playing. Excited to see how this REAL starting lineup works out!

When Curtis got his triple yesterday I got so excited I was going to text you from the game. Then realized I don't have your number. So I was just excited.

Magglio had a pretty sweet double too

I wish you would've texted me. I was having a rather interesting evening that involved me being the hospital for a bit, so it may have made me feel better.

And I bet you were pretty excited about Maggs, too. Did he respond to your Spanish pickup lines yet?

Vlad is so awesome to watch. Dude is so goofy but just mashes on anything thrown to him.

Sick curve from Verlander!

I was going to text our mutual friend for your number but figured by the time I got it the moment would have passed. And Magglio bats pretty soon after so....

Forbin and AA were about 10 rows in front of us, and every time Magglio did anything they would just turn around to watch my reaction I was too far away to scream pick-up lines this time. I sure thought the hell out of them though.

Hopefully this means that the experiment is over with VErlander and his control. This has been a very promising first couple innings for him. If he can get back to the same form he was in last year, the Tigers will have the ace they desperately need.

Just killing themselves on the basepaths. I don't think I've seen a caught stealing and a pickoff in the same inning before.
