I don't see what the big deal is. So Nichol screwed up and decommitted. If he had went to MSU odds are very good he would have sat behind Hoyer for 2 years.

If he came back and went to MSU, the situation would be similar to if he stuck to his verbal to MSU., He got a year of practice at OU like he would have here, he would then have this season to sit and learn as well, ready to compete for job. In 2009.

I can forgive the kid, he gave us as much so far not being here as he would have in green and white from the start. Tough for a FR to start right away, more have failed than succeeded by a large margin.

Mass RCMB specultion ensues. Posters begin lining up for imminent Pro/Anti Nichol DSF
Poster gets upset thread title changes to conform to the current situation. Mods needle poster a little.
At current there is no SpartanMag article saying this is confirmed, leaving the MSU Recruiting fans with a whole lot of nothing.

Do I have that right?
Yes. That is the tl;dr version of it all.

ok question
did he have the oklahoma offer before he committed to MSU? because if he didn't and then headed to oklahoma i don't know really how anyone can blame him. state isn't exactly a national championship contender and 1 or 2 games different - oklahoma would have been at least in a bcs game

It's getting really, really strange. It's like there are these little mini meltdowns popping up and all of them are unrelated.

Anyone have any numbers?
So no numbers then. Okay TIME IN, SLAPPIES! Keep pssing your pants' in excitement for someone who has been a joke on and off the field since he got his diploma.

Yaaaaaaaaayy!

Wait, you have "numbers" to back up the stuff you've been saying?
