Refs are completely screwing the Hornets right now.
Excellent episode of WWE Western Conference tonight.
6 straight fouls vs the Hornets 3 offensive, and a Tech.

It makes you wonder. Hornets should pull their starters and give them some rest for the night. What would the NBA/Stern think about that?

No, having dealt with idiots before, I get the gist of your gibberish. Just offering a friendly tip.

for a bit there during the start of the 3rd i was trying to figure out where Hightower was. That started to resemble a MSU/Wisconsin game in Madison for a bit.
Then they slowed it down and you could see that some of those fouls were legit, others I'm not sure it should have been called at full speed, not sure the ref could see the little amount of contact.

Not even an NBA fan but saw on PTI home teams 19-1 going into yesterday. Couple that with some scores and I just don't watch the NBA. In all seriousness, how can a team win by 20 at home and lose by 20 on the road so consistently? And it's happened in a lot of those series. Seriously?

I'm not sure about the wide swing in the West but watching the Celts in the East I think that has been pretty legit. That team has played nothing short of awful in most road games and really almost seemed scared to win games in the 4th quarter with people yelling at them instead of with them. Couple that with the fact that Doc Rivers has been absolute crap as a coach during the playoffs and you get the Celts 7-0 at home and 0-5 on the road.

The awful span in the third quarter coupled with the announcer (didn't watch long enough to get who it was) saying he had a man crush on Manu Ginobili and that was enough for me. Reminded me of Bill Walton saying Dwayne Wade had a spectacular body for a basketball player (or something in that vicinity)

Glad somebody caught this. Watched at the bar last night and my friend and I (both pretty neutral on this) were floored by the crappy calls. The first two charges on Paul and the last one on West (Duncan clearly dragging his right foot) were ****ing garbage.
In other news, I hope Bruce Bowen gets hit by a large piece of construction equipment. Guy is dirty and flops... .
I actually like Parker and Duncan but Manu and BB just ruin that team for me.

Agreed. I hate Manu and Bowen with an unyielding passion (Duncan, for the most part,is ok by me except for the totally surprised expression on his face anytime he gets charged for a foul )

Disagree on Manu. While I don't like his defensive flopping he is fun to watch on offense.

A dare anyone to come up with 3 bigger *********s on 1 team than Ginobili, Bowen, and Horry. They truly have ruined whatever integrity that professional B-Ball had as a sport, and have turned it into a combination of WWE + acting.
The only time I've truly wished for physical harm to come to another athlete during play...(well, maybe Claude Lemieux also).

Isn't Horry the one who bodychecked Nash last year? In addition, didn't Bowen kick Chris Paul in the face earlier this year?
