Smallville Season Finale
Kara probably gone for the first half of the next season
Lana gone for good
Chloe arrested after being in a coma (how are they gonna kill her off next season?)
Lois becoming Lois Lane finally
Clark, well he'll survive, somehow
Lex wtf? wait until next season
At least Brainiac is toast, but this show is basically like Lost now. We know who the Oceanic 6 are, we just need to figure out how they got there, lol.

A long, long, time ago.
Somehow I have a feeling that the Clark guy is gonna grow up to be a super-dude or something, boy the suspense is killing me.
How many years are they gonna drag it out??
It should have ended, about five seasons ago, with a 2-hour final episode with a final scene that concluded with him putting on the suit, flying into the camera, and off the screen, exactly like this:

Well, he went down to dinner in his Sunday best
IGGcitable boy, they all said
And he rubbed the pot roast all over his chest
IGGcitable boy, they all said
Well, he's just an IGGcitable boy

Next season is the last.
They had to develop Lois's character. They finally introduced Clark becoming reporter for the Planet.

Smallville is some good ****. No Lex, Chloe, Lana = Doomsday and other characters are on tap according to the gossip on the net.
Best part is Chloe is gone cause her agents tried to play hardball.

Allison Mack will be in Smallville next season after all

Smallville fans, you can finally resume breathing. The last few weeks have been a roller coaster due to the fact the two creators left the show, because of the departure of Michael Rosenbaum and the announcement that two new regulars would join and because of contract negotiations for Kristin Kreuk and Allison Mack.
It was confirmed pretty early on that Kreuk would only be a part-timer next season. However, Mack's future with the show was up in the air. Actually, it was even talked that she would not be returning because she couldn't reach an agreement with The CW show. The latter news was supported by the fact her name was omitted earlier this week in the network's Upfront press release.
TV Guide's Michael Ausiello breaks the news today that Mack inked a deal with the show to be a series regular next season. According to his sources, the actress will appear in all episodes of Season 8. I'm relieved that Mack will stick around because she is my favorite character on the series. Are you happy she is sticking around or would you have preferred to have Chloe leave Smallville and Metropolis for good?
Show regulars for Season 8 of the series are expected to be Tom Welling, Laura Vandervoort, Erica Durance, Aaron Ashmore and Allison Mack as well as the two actors who'll play Davis "Doomsday" Bloom and new female character Tess. Kristin Kreuk may be billed as a regular but, as I've said before, she will only appear in a few episodes.

I've watch the show from day one and have all the seasons...I know I know...nerd alert
If you haven't already checked it out...kryptonsite.com is the best resource for Smallville. It tells you who will be back next season and who won't.
I thought the ending to season seven was awesome. The Fortress and Krypton are gone...so what now Clark?

Awesome show. Lana needs to be gone, Lex needs to be gone, Chloe needs to be gone. Looks like most of that is basically happening.

"According to the Zap2it showbiz blog, Doomsday will be reimagined in Smallville as a man called Davis Bloome, a good-looking 20-something who works at a trendy Metropolis club and battles a deep sense of insecurity and loneliness that leads to a dark side. Somehow that doesn't sound quite right to me, I'd imagine Doomsday to be portrayed in a more epic way than a neurotic bartender."

that show is still on? Wow, you learn something every day.
I've watched about 3 episodes, I think during the first season - the image of Lana coming out of a pool wearing a bra and panties is permanently tattooed in my mind.
Only thing I know about that show is that Lana is hot as hell and my sister went to HS with Clark.
