Welcome to what?
Spartanmag has retracted and was running for cover less than 60 minutes ago.
I'll buy Nichol a beer at Crunchy's if he's on the team and he's 21.

Honestly, even if he isnt a Spartan, I dont see a reason to trash the kid.
Was I pissed he went to OU instead of MSU? Yes.
Do I blame the kid? No.
Now if he were to end up in AA, I might have some words for him.

My bad, GRR -- guess I just read the first page of the Nichol thread and assumed (which I should never do here).
Oh well -- the original point still stands.

Honestly, the only thing I was irked about was his insistence on MSU after the firing of John L., but he was 17-18, and as we all know, kids those age make decisions they might regret in the future.
I welcome you back Keith, but you have to beat Foles and Cousins to get your spot.

I never have, but then again I follow football recruiting at a distance. Too many could of, would of, should of recruits who we never seem to land.

The kid made a decision that he thought was the best for him. It turns out it wasn't. He made a mistake and learned from it. I can't bash any teenager for learning the hard way, nor did I bash him originally.
