Well Mr. Server...to put it in your terms they have too much RAM and not enough processing power.
Some of them probably just need to be restarted...some need a full on hard drive reformatting.
So I'd say to them and to you, to tickle the keyboard, not pound it...diddle the mouse don't rip it off...and when you insert your USB do it slow and don't pull out before the file is downloaded completely.
