I have the voyager and I enjoy the phone. GPS, tv, email, and all that stuff. I think you'll like it.

I have a voyager and I think it blows. The keyboard is nice, but other than that, it's meh. The touch screen isn't as responsive as it should be IMO and it can "unlock" while it's in your pocket or if something is rubbing against it (like what could happen in a purse). Battery life is horrid, I bought an extended battery for it (1500mAh) and it dies after only 2 days or so. My old phone, which was also an LG held a charge for 8-9 days with a 1700mAh battery.
IMO, Voyager sux.
Upside includes a full web browser, which is nice, but that sucks big time power from the battery. Camera is pretty nice but also a power hog.

That did actually do me some good during sports season, but it only works in major urban areas. As soon as I leave Columbus, it doesn't work anymore and gives me a symbol of a tv with a line through it diagonally, just teasing me with what's possible but unavailable.

what if you charge it every night for 7 hours while you go to sleep. would you still be able to make your phone calls and go on-line for 4 hours each day while at work in between patients without the battery going dead

voyager has pros and cons like everyphone and as GoStateNate said if your in a rural or suburban area you might not get reception but when you do its a SICK feature to have.

Going on-line uses the EVDO end of their service and uses major battery power, if y;ou think you're going to be surfing for 4 hours on that phone you're in for a disappointment.

You only get CBS, ABC, Fox, NBC ESPN and a couple of other channels. It's not like you have cable on it or anything....

You a periodontist or a maxillofacial surgeon?
If so, I need a bone buildup around one tooth and I have an oral implant is possibly failing....

Right on, looks like I'm scheduling an appointment with the regular guys....
My maxillofacial surgeon is an incredible man, Dr. Robert M. Hinkle. He put my face back together.
If you search the forum for "Surgeries you have had" I posted a link in that to photos of Dr. Hinkle putting my head back together if you're interested.
Thread hijack over.
