Has anyone been getting a letter from a collection agency saying you owe money to the Franklin Mint? BOTH my partner and I rec'd such letters, and the only time I ordered anything from them, it was on my credit card, and I ended up returning the damn thing anyway....
My partner would NEVER have ordered anything from them....
I think it's a scam.....
