I'm really surprised by this.
And I won't be shocked if he still ends up there.
I thought this kid was a SOLID um commitment.

for the record..............chances are very slim he comes to MSU, he has been rumored to like USC for a long time now

And that should be in the opening post, b/c it will be asked 150 times

Yeah, but I didn't want MSU running backs going up against him either. A great DT is hard to come by. This is good news.

So let me get this straight....for the past three years in a row, the best player in the state (RoJo, N.Perry and now Campbell) are all going/are at USC?

I guess there is a reason that UM has to go out of state to recruit....

Why, he's been considered a soft verbal for awhile now.

I hope he chills for a little while, and MSU can step up and convince him. Yes, I know it's a looooong shot, but if MSU learns from the Cal game and puts it into overdrive it's also possible.

Edit: Actually I was thinking of the big lineman who's committed to Illinois who's been the soft verbal, but a lot of people were also wondering if this guy would stick to um since he'd been committed pre-RR.
