Anyone own a Sandisk V-Mate for video capture?

I just saw these little things are going for $35 at buy.com and ordered one. Captures from anything with RCA audio/video output directly to SD/MicroSD card slots, in MPEG-4 format. Records at 640x480 which isn't HD, but doesn't seem that bad. With my computer and phone both having microSD slots, seemed like a pretty cool little device for that price. Anyone have one?
