They must have been reading the board. Wouldn't want OSU to be fooled that it's a home game with a white out

They'd better email the students, or there will be a 16,000-person block of white in the middle of a sea of green.

The thing I am wondering is how well it will show up compared to a white out

Every game should be a Sea of Green. That's the uniform for the crowd-GREEN. Ever look at the downloadable video of last year's Wisconsin game? Nothing but red in the background. It doesn't take that much effort people......

Dark green does not get picked up as easily by the human eye. Red is a starker color while green provides less contrast and it can easily be confused for blue or black from a distance.

While I agree that green is a more unique color for Michigan State than white, it makes less of an impact.

70,000+, all in green. Doubful that any 2 greens match each other.

I'm just hoping that we don't have too many Spartan fans who are *******s and sell their tickets to OSU fans this time.

Unless we drop the next three games (knock on wood) I do not see that happening at all

Won't be at the game, but will be in green and will have the big "S" flag up.

Glad to see it will be on ESPN. I am tired of watching the SEC.

Whelp let's hope it's still nice out. Mandated colors get more difficult when coats come into the equation. Although if it's a 3:30 game it'll likely be cold at the end regardless. Green jersey and carry in a green sweatshirt. I won't even match with myself. But whatever. Time to prove what we've been saying all along, a green-out won't look as cool

Not going to happen...MSU playing well and no Tigers playoff = that is not going to happen. I am flying in from Arizona for this one just like ND. I am trying to get more tickets from the MSU ticket office for some of my MSU friends, but they are tough to get. Hopefully it makes it down to my donor priority.

If the big problem is that not everyone will wear the same shade of green...

why not hand out green shirts on the way into the stadium???

Make them XL or 2XL (whatever) so they fit over your jacket if its too cold.
