iPhone apps and accessories thread
Ok, I'm not wading through that monstrous other thread to search for this stuff. Can we have an official thread for this? There was another thread out there somewhere but it didn't have a lot of info in it.
What apps do you have and what do they do? What is a must have? What apps are rumored to be coming that sound good?
What accessories are must have? I did not get a jacket of any kind or screen protector but I'm thinking I need one. Links?
(and yeah, if you read my VZW contract thread last week, they declined my offer so I called their bluff and got the iphone this weekend)

Bump for iPhone geeks.
I have downloaded a boatload of free apps. I have a bit of a NFL problem, so I've downloaded Pro Football Live (sucks), "Lines" which gives you odds (pretty good), The Weather Channel which is great for getting game weather and wind speed around the country, and a bunch of other non-sports apps which I haven't used yet. Shazam, urbanspoon, some of the horizontal keyboard apps, Yellowpages, etc.
One of my biggest gripes so far has to do with the ringtones. I like to play around with mp3/wav files and a free music editor app on my PC and make stupid ringtones and use them as text message alerts, etc. Is my understanding corret that I can't use anything for a ringtone unless I purchase it through iTunes? Lame.

Ok, the iRinger thing is awesome. Great find Flandiddly.
Checked out AOL Radio a bit. That is pretty cool. Gets 97.1, so at least I can stream that when the whores in my office are playing Christmas tunes for 3 weeks straight.
WOW. Antonio Bryant.
