Like Halo .. you had to crouch for 3 seconds then jump at certain plant which turned and followed you and then hit RT LT and you could superjump out of the map. I never could figure it out, and even if I could found it to be akin to cheating and wouldn't do it.
Agree that WaW seems to have more strange glitches ... like guys sort of floating on the top of flagpole sniping and one time I got 'stuck' in a map in some rocks. couldn't move or jump my way out it. Finally had to ask a teammate to shoot me.
|
Yeah, they keep patching them, and people find other ones. I can't believe guys spend countless hours running into video game walls trying to figure out how to get outside of the map. What a sad life.

You mean stealing it? I have no experience with such things, but I have heard it's pretty easy. Just need to install the DRM crack after it's downloaded. So I hear.
Plus, why would you need an XBox controller?

I would have to say that both Modern Warfare and World at War are a lot of fun. The Nazi Zombies on WAW was a great add for the game.
Nothing like you and a shotgun vs. baby seal killing zombies.

I know you can get to the zombie's after you campaign, but how do you get to it otherwise? Do you have to watch the entire credit screen again?
I've never seen it as a game choice.

Dont forget that cracked games will usually not work on the public servers for online play....youll be stuck playing on servers started by other people that have "obtained" the game without paying for it which is no where near the number of public servers.

Here's something interesting, that I hadn't realized until it was pointed out on Gamespot:
Anybody else notice that Modern Warfare 2 isn't branded as a "Call of Duty" game?
The press release from Activision confirms that it isn't branded as Call of Duty. Apparently Infinity Ward is still "working it out", but Activision had mentioned earlier that it was working on a new IP (intellectual property). So, now the question is, what's happening to the Call of Duty name?
Also,

The opening sequence has leaked, spoilers ahead:
It is very disturbing. The player basically has to take part in the massacre of civilians at an airport. Not sure how I feel about it. Link: Modern Warfare 2 massacre sequence confirmed
You can skip it though.
Looking forward to the game!

I was looking forward to it a little more, but now there's this BS:
Gamasutra - News - PC Gamers In Uproar As CoD: Modern Warfare 2 To Lack Dedicated Servers
Not a big issue for console players, but it's a BIG a dealbreaker for PC players. WOTS is Amazon.com has lost $200,000 in preoders - again, unreferenced, but that's the rumor. Still going to be a great game, but I'm a little less excited for it.
