Where is everyone buying their copy? I haven't pre-ordered and I'd like to pick one up at midnight. GameStop annoys me and it seems like there's always a huge line. A guy at work says Walmart puts it out at midnight and always has enough copies. I hate Walmart, but would make an exception unless anyone else has any ideas...

This article scares me a little. I'll weep if they actually disable party chat for online multiplayer. 
I play pretty regularly with a group of 5 or so, and don't care at all to hear the rest of the inane chatter.

I was playing deathmatch last night and some kids got into a pretty impressive name calling match. At one point I completely stopped playing the game just so I could start making a list of the new racial slurs I was learning.

Pirated copies already out there.
Microsoft Legal to Go After Modern Warfare 2 Pirates - Tom's Guide
They all seem to be 360 versions from what I can tell. There are a couple of random PC ones, but they don't look legit. It always makes me laugh when it's the consoles pirating pre release, yet PC gets all the crap.
