Kate was doing what before she had odds of multiple births with help of fertility drugs.
She reminds of of the new money that rolls into the new money country club and acts like she owns the place her first day in the club house.

no kidding. I was heading outside with the dog and kid to throw some frisbees around in the yard and I asked my wife if she was coming out. This stupid ass episode was on and she said no, she wanted to see what was going to happen with Jon and Kate .
I replied, come on, that's a fake family. Turn that **** off and come hang out with a real family. Guess it made sense cause she did.

My wife is addicted to this show and wanted to watch it last night. After dragging her around the country to Bonnaroo and then Phish shows in IN and WI I couldn't really give her crap about it. I've never really watched an episode until last night, but it's kind of hard to not know what's going on when it gets covered more by normal news sources than what is going on in Iraq and Iran right now.
As we're watching this all I could think was that they should be talking to people, BUT NOT THE ****ING CAMERAS!!!! Seriously. They need to talk to each other, a couples counselor or a priest. As I was watching that all I could think was that there is no way my wife and I would let the communication break down that far without one of us calling a time out and pulling things back in.
When she said that whole "The show must go on" thing at the end I wanted to slap her. F the show. Fix the marriage and worry about the show later or dump the show if that is what is ruining your marriage.

It isn't real. Don't worry about them. The entire thing is produced for television. It's not "reality" TV. There is no "reality" TV.

Bam. While Kate and Jon are certainly at fault, don't think that TLC did not have a hand in creating this monster. In the end they are reaping the reward of the family falling apart.
And for everyone who says "stupid people need to quit the show" try raising all those kids with no income, or even whatever Jon was making as a computer programmer. Imagine the food bills alone .

Didn't Kate get a boob job once she got all that cash? My female friend mentioned that...plus, she also used to look way, way uglier. Jon seems like he doesn't care about jack****.
In the end, I could care less about either. This sensationalism is dumbing down America.

The first two seasons had chunks of elective surgery on both of them...
Jon got hair plugs, she got her huge flappy gut done...

Agreed. I can't stand all these manufactured "celebrities". Since there are so many media sources on cable and the internet and 24 hour news and gossip channels they need to fill them with something.
Unfortunately it's morons like the real housewives, John and Kate or those ass clowns from the Hills that have no talents or qualities that should actually be "celebrated".

I know people who work on reality shows and they're far more real than you think. The real work of the producers is shaping the footage in a way that tells a story (even if makes the people look different from real life).
If I were representing Jon, my first move would be to get the kids off the TV show. While he initially consented, it's obviously gone far beyond what anyone could have imagined (it was on TLC!!). They've made more than enough $$$ to support those kids for a long time and they have to bring some normalcy (whatever that is) to their lives.

No, all they want is mommy and daddy together. Instead of working on their marriage they just decided to go separate ways. She is not getting laid so she is pissed off all the time. They should tackle this the 4th grade recess-baseball-field way: Jon and Kate are captains, use the bat to see who picks first, and then each pick four for their team.

Kate is a Succubus. I've only seen the show a couple times out of curiosity, and I feel for that guy. I hope that she gets the kids so he can have his life back.
