My Spartan is
#8 Kirk Cousins
Lance Armstrong or Roger Federer.

I'm not even huge on cycling or tennis, but just look at those guys' records. Hard to argue against them unless you're a hater of those sports.

If you are going back to Howe... Have to mention Jim Brown. He was All American in two sports and ended his career early on his terms!
