Can you still get a good olive burger in Lansing?
Lansing is the only town that I know of that had them?
The original Kewpee's downtown and there was a place on N.127 that had great olive burgers

If I remember correctly I think the Knight Cap had them, but only during the lunch hours.

There's this small town called Flint. You might have heard of it, not sure. Halo Burger is the place.

There's a lot of places that have olive burgers. Reno's is pretty good, as is the olive burger at Dalmatian's (sp?) on South Washington.

It's not in Lansing proper, but the Draft House in DeWitt (on Old 27) has a great olive burger.

Both Crunchy’s and the Peanut Barrel make excellent olive burgers. While the kids might not go for an olive burger, but they’ll love throwing peanut shells on the floor at the downtown institution known as the Peanut Barrel. There’s something gratifying about smashing peanut shells under your feet as you leave a restaurant, and the Barrel’s outdoor patio seats are coveted from the first semi-warm day of spring to the last chilly autumn day.
|
Welcome to Crunchy's

He also said that he believed that Lansing was the only city that had them. Which seemed pretty silly to begin with.

He also ended that sentence with a question mark. I'm not sure he knows anything.

I worked at Kewpees
Back when it was on Shiawasee Street.
I wonder if I can remember the mixture ratio.

I work with my father in our family business and every Thursday is olive burger day from Halo Burger. Definitely the best fast food hamburger anywhere.
