Should MD play KN against Western.......
Just so he can get that bounce pass out of his system and prepare him for the Purdue and Penn State games? We are gonna need him in the third quarter when we are backed up to our one yard line and stuff like dat.

Broken record, but I'd play him situationally. Short yardage, goal line, etc.
The series rotation thing leaves me completely , particularly when it happens so deep in our own territory. We've done that several times now.

They're basically the same quarterback for all intensive purposes.

Shouls he go to the three man front early or wait until the 4th quarter and let Western catch up just to make it interesting?

Yes, right after Cousins leads us down the field for a touchdown. It's always best to yank a QB right after he gets in rhythm to put in a guy that's had 3 live game snaps in as many weeks.

Oh, and please make sure you show everyone how tough that O line is and run the ball up the middle three times for no gain or a loss inside the 5. Might as well stay consistent

I would hold Nichol in reserve until we play Arizona and then I would start him and reach a resolution. If we don't play Arizona I'd just hold him in reserve indefinitely.

Do it just so Valenti can flip his **** again. I really don't see how KN, even used situationally, makes this a better football team. He transfered back because he thought he could be the starter. WHOOPS you lost, that's life. Give him a clipboard already.

I don't care if we're playing Western or Namibia Polytechnic University -- Nichol should only play if Cousins is hurt or if we're up by 40.

Keep KN out as long as MSU keeps winning games with Cousins...oh wait...
Jk
Seriously though, throw any QB you want in there and they'll still lose games because they are mediocre in running, catching, and defending. I doubt they'll lose to wastern though.

I wouldn't be surprised if we beat WMU by 35, and this is the one game that MD doesn't put KN in.
