What kind of Sprint phone should I get?
I want a keyboard, and something comparable to the Env Touch from Verizon. Do not want data plan though.

Check out the Samsung Exclaim. I just bought it and it's awesome.

Avoid Sprint at all costs. Horrible coverage and even worse customer support.

I think that depends on where you live. In the Detroit area I have great coverage, thus I never need customer support.

The Rumor 2 is a good, cheap texting phone if you are looking to not spend much.

I've had sprint for like 7 years now, never one issue with them. I have the blackberry curve, love it, touchscreens are for teenage girls

Blackberry curve. Just got one and it is awesome. I had an instinct and it was okay. I never realized how many apps there is for blackberries. If you need to level a shelf go get an Iphone but if you want a solid phone with useful apps try the curve.

I love the dual slider and two keyboards - and if you have the data plan, the display platform for internet use is fantastic.

show me someone who can beat that price for those features

Does anyone have a Lotus?
I'm looking between that and the Samsung Moment
The Lotus looks like a good phone with good reviews, but the Moment looks AWESOME!
The difference is $50(Lotus) or $180
Anyone have either?

Blackberry Curve is end of life pretty much. It is about 1.5 years old, and there are much better Blackberry's coming out. While I loved my Curve...my Droid is where it is at.
I would get the Hero, or Blackberry Tour, Palm Pre or Pixi.
I dont do dumbphones anymore, so I am not up to date on them, but a friend of mine loved his Rumor, until he got the Hero.

my sister has it, and she has been eyeing the iphone for some time. she loves it... doesn't really like the lotus though. its an alright phone, but not that good of a phone. def. not a guy phone fwiw.
i have the palm treo and its a little old, but touch screen with keyboard without a data plan is tits. plus i've never had a problem with sprint for ummm.... 9 years. wow. i'd recommend palm for touch screen, or blackberry for the applications. good luck!

I've been needing a new phone. I wish Sprint would come out with something like the ENV3.

sprint doesn't advertise their phones as much as the others.... sprint has some decent smart phones. look into the blackberry's. they're better than the env chocolate strawberries that you kids are using
