WMU game is the bronze lining to the past couple weeks; Karma and the Penn State game.

My anticipation for watching this game was, at best, lukewarm. I was actually thinking about recording it and studying instead (but that's impossible because I take every opportunity I can to procrastinate). At least they're doing what they're supposed to be doing against Western. I'm not happy about, once again, putting Nichol in right after Cousins drives for a TD.

I don't really believe in karma, but think about it....If karma was real, then all the close losses and heartbreakers this year could mean that we kill Purdue next week and then beat Penn State at home in the last game exactly like 2 years ago. We would go to a bowl game and if we win, we'd finish with 8 wins and sort of salvage the season a little.

But like I said, I don't really believe in karma.

I'm more likely to believe in the existence of football gods than Karma, but I agree.

Seeing a tight game today would've pissed me off.

The karma part is you get what you deserve. With all the fuggups in execution and coaching, we richly deserve to be a 4-5 football team heading into today. If we're going to get to 7 or 8 wins, we're going to have to earn that karma, too.

Confidence booster. That's huge considering all the deflating losses this season.
