I know it's only against Western but he has been running hard all day. He's shown the staff that he deserves some goal line carries.

That was a mistake considering we had other capable options. Baker would have a lot more to contribute to this program as a 5th year senior than he does now.

He needs to be in there for the next 3 games, splitting carries with Caper. We don't have a back that can power through people (Winston might have been able to) so it gives us some diversity.

Plus, the guy's gotta have an insane amount of confidence after today. He's going to be fired up as hell to see the field again.

Also the 1st RB since Ringer to get at least four rushing touchdowns in a single game, and gets him in the MSU record book.

They should've been going to Leggett the minute Winston hurt his knee. Western or not, the guy showed plenty of talent.

Some of the personnel decisions this season have me stumped. When KC is removed and KN inserted, Johnny Adams, the RB hierarchy, etc. Obviously don't have all the facts, but is seems like they gave up on Caulton Ray pretty fast.

If we can put an offensive line together in the next couple of years, we're gonna be pretty good on the ground.

Baker, Caper, Winston, Leggett...
