Thanks Rocky As always I enjoy your write-ups and I learn more about the game of football each time I read these. What I found interesting was the stats in the Statistical Box of Knowlegde or Whatever It Was Called thingy. According to those numbers we should have a kickass team but instead we kinda suck Oh well as long as we win this game so we can go to the Insight (thus making it an easy road trip for me).
And FTR I love FWD posts because he embodies a true fan. GO GREEN

Would you explain why you think the Sports Books think this game will be close based on the line?
My explanation of the line is that they set it and change it not based on who they think will win but based on trying to equal the amount of $$$ bet on both teams....just so happens that to do that with this game requires a relatively small point spread. Love to hear what you think Sports Books do to "predict" wins.

If the USA used all the money being spent on the stupid wars in Iraq and Afghanistan on security measures we would all be safer, especially our brave young people who are being killed in those wars. Plus, the money would be spent here and improve the economy!
