This may not sound as bad as some on here, but a shot called a Sicillian (Which an acquaintance of mine from my MSU days might have made up) is half Jager and half SoCo. It is 3 for 3 on making people throw up, and none of the three had more than ~3-4 beers prior to drinking it. These are all people that normally can drink.

Some of you people are pansies! I love this shot! Yes, if is powerful, but I actually enjoy this, 4 horseman and 3 wisemen shots to the point where I asked for them on my 19 (canada) and 21st bday nights.
You should diferentiate between strong and nasty shots in this thread. Two other shots not for the weak of liver:
Stary night:
Gold Schlager and Jager
Liquid Cocaine:
A stary Night plus 151
Enjoy!

Once upon a time in a Peanut Barrel far, far away, I asked the bartender to make the most fru-fru drink he could. So he made some multi-liqueur concoction with whipped cream and a cherry on top, and had it delivered across the bar to my mark. Dude is a pretty tough guy and the folks with him broke out laughing.
By return mail he sent me a prarie fire. I'd never had one. I took a sip and gagged. Friend and his buddies broke out laughing. A friend poured the rest out in the trash and I held the glass up as if I'd finished it.
Later I told my friend that I had surrendered in the Shot Wars, never to fight again.
If you want vile, Prarie Fire is your poison. Ingredients:
Quote:
Stone Prairie Fire (named for Canadian bartender Cam Stone)
- 1 part Tabasco sauce
- 1 part Tequila
- ¼ teaspoon Pepper

My first thought was Malort, but it was already mentioned.
Of course, not all bars have Malort--a Chicago area dive is your best bet. My husband likes to buy a shot of Malort for unsuspecting naifs.
