More enjoyable: watching the game at home or at SS
Sure it's great to actually be there for the big games that have an electric atmosphere, but I don't think I'll ever be one of the people with season tickets after I graduate. I really like watching games on TV in a big comfy chair with all the food I can possibly eat in 3 1\2 hours.

You are an idiot if you'd rather watch the games at home.

I prefer a bar, with a large screen television and sound. Nice looking waitresses are also a plus.

Spartan Stadium unless it is the hot-ass first game in Sept. or the cold, rainy, wind mess of a game against Penn St. every other year.
Side note, I will never forget or dry out from the FAU game a couple years ago.

Going to a game once in a while is fun and all, but at home I can a.) enjoy as much beer during the game as I want, b.) enjoy as many cigars from my chair as I want and c.) have a much better 'view' for the money.
Big games like ND @ night? No better place than SS. Noon game vs. Indiana in the rain in November? There's no place like home.

Game at stadium is always better. ALWAYS. Get to see the action (may not have best view depending on seats or game) and get the real feel of the game there. More fun too. Maybe unless It's a cold rainy night, your team is dreadful, playing a top team in the conference, and the other teams fans are making more noise. (Happened to MD last year vs. VT. probably hasn't ever happened to you guys)

You can sit in a big comfy chair with all the food you can possibly eat any time you want.
I'd take being at SS standing with no food ANY day over being at home in a comfy chair stuffing my face.

You can do all that for the road games. Some of you are crazy that you would rather stay at home than be at the game.

I feel like I personally make an incredibly miniature impact on the outcome of the game when I'm at the game. And for that reason I can't stand to not be at any home game.

If I had seats on the sure yard line sure, but I can't pull that off. I enjoy replays\being able to determine who is who\etc. Maybe if they would hurry up with installing those 2 godzillatrons.

Pro = couch. Why leave the house to hear "Start me up" and whatever Cash Money Millionaires song is hot at the moment. Plus, usually have crippling hangovers on Sunday. Sunday night game, possibly a bar.
College
1. Stadium
2. Bar nearby stadium
3. Bar associated with your team in any city
4. Vegas Casino
5. Bar (no association with team)
6. Bar (opponent associated bar)
7. Home
8. Wedding reception with other fans
9. Wedding ceremony listening secretly
10. Funeral after party

This.
It has happened, 2006 OSU game was at least half red. Thankfully I was stuck in Buffalo from a snow storm and didn't make it.

SS for home games. Save the couch for away games.

I seem to be more stressed out watching the games on TV. I'd rather be at Spartan Stadium. Win or lose, I'm more relaxed watching it in person.

The only time I'd ever not want to be there is when the weather sucks — lots of rain or really cold, but even then, I can layer up or wear a poncho. I got sick after FAU so that's why I have an aversion to rain.

True Spartans show when the weather sucks. I ruined one of my favorite pairs of shoes for the FAU game, and am soooooo glad I did.

I, much like you, would rather drive 5-6 hours one way to watch in SS.
