Have you tried the job board on IOPP.org? You might have to pay the membership fee to search.

The MSU Alumni Association has a career page, and it seems like there are a lot more jobs posted for packaging (in general not just specific location) than anything else. If you are an alumni member, access the page. If not, pay the $45 or whatever it costs for access to it. Don't get me wrong, it's not some huge site like Monster/Hot Jobs/Careerbuilder, but there have been a decent amount of packaging jobs posted in the past. Good luck!
