Try Mt. Clemens - a PE teacher there is in hot water and might be on the way out.

Also, there is a company in South Bend that places PE jobs for private/charter schools. Forgot the name, but I'm sure a Google search wiull turn them up.

Hey there,
My friend teaches at a Catholic elementary school in Detroit, St. Bernadette's. They need a gym teacher Tuesday mornings and I think it is unpaid but it would be something you could do once or twice until you got a paying job and put it on the resume. PM me if you want more info.
