I would suggest you look up craigslist or hire a head hunter to help you find a job. After graduating from State in 2004, I was able to find an engineering job at Worley Parsons in Arcadia, California. Usually the head hunter will get paid by the company if they hire you. IF you have a JD, why don't you start working for a law firm? Tell them that you will work for free for three months on a trial basis. Chances are they will hire you if you perform above their expectations in those three months. Well that's all the ideas I have for you so good luck in your quest of finding a job.
Brentwood Spartan has a JD/MBA from USC and a 400K a year job. I'm sure he would be able to help you out. I'm sure the people at RCMB will tell you who he is if you care.
