Anyone know of any job openings or have any advice for a recent grad (May 2003) looking to switch industries into advertising, sports & entertainment, pr, or marketing. I currently live in Chicago.

I have been out of college for a year and am looking to get into advertising or event planning. Particularly, in sports and entertainment. Can anyone help me out or advise a bit about such positions, contacts, or where to start? I live in Chicago.

My company has a ton of openings that we're looking to fill in marketing and we need more Spartans in my office (too many Marquette grads).
