Ann Coulter: We want 'Jews to be perfected'
Further proof that Ms. Coulter is a raving lunatic....How can anyone with half a brain believe anything she says? One of the greatest cons in history
Quote:
CNN.com - CNN Political Ticker Coulter: We want ‘Jews to be perfected’ «
WASHINGTON (CNN) – Conservative commentator and best-selling author Ann Coulter may find herself in the midst of a controversy for comments Monday suggesting America would be better if everyone was Christian.
Asked by CNBC host Donny Deutsch what the U.S. looks like in her dreams, Coulter said it would look like the Republican National Convention in 2004
"People were happy,” she said, according to a transcript provided to CNN by CNBC. “They're Christian. They're tolerant. They defend America."
When Deutsch responded, "It would be better if we were all Christian?" Coulter said "Yeah."
Deutsch, himself Jewish, continued to press Coulter on her remarks, asking, "We should just throw Judaism away and we should all be Christians then?"
"Yeah," Coulter responded, adding "Well, it's a lot easier. It's kind of a fast track."
"You can't possibly believe that," Deutsch responded. “You can’t possibly. You’re too educated.”
"Do you know what Christianity is?" Coulter replied. "See, we believe your religion, but you have to obey. We have the fast track program."
Later in the interview Deutsch asked Coulter if she doesn't want any Jews in the world, Coulter responded, "No, we think — we just want Jews to be perfected, as they say."
"Wow, you didn't really say that, did you," Deutsch said.
"Yeah, no,” Coulter replied. “That’s what Christianity is. We believe the Old Testament, but ours is more like Federal Express. You have to obey laws. We know we're all sinners."
Deutsch said he was personally offended.
"No. I'm sorry. It is not intended to be," she said. "I don't think you should take it that way, but that is what Christians consider themselves: perfected Jews. We believe the Old Testament. As you know from the Old Testament, God was constantly getting fed up with humans for not being able to live up to all the laws. What Christians believe — this is just a statement of what the New Testament is — is that that's why Christ came and died for our sins. Christians believe the Old Testament. You don't believe our testament."
Deutsch continued to call Coulter's comments anti-semetic.
"No, no, — I don't want you being offended by this," she responded. "This is what Christians consider themselves, because our testament is the continuation of your testament. You know that. So we think Jews go to heaven. I mean, [the late Rev. Jerry] Falwell himself said that, but you have to follow laws. Ours is "Christ died for our sins." We consider ourselves perfected Christians. For me to say that for you to become a Christian is to become a perfected Christian is not offensive at all."

True, but this time she offended Jews. And Jews control the media.

Newsflash, Christians believe Jesus is the Jewish Messiah and they are missing him.
The 'perfected' language is a little weird, but it's probably similar to our belief that we didn't miss him, we acknowledge him.
The dual-covenant theology of Falwell about which she speaks is still something of a fringe belief

that's all well and good. but when you say "Jews to be perfected," that sounds pretty insulting. that's my point.
the whole "our religion is like the fed ex version of your religion, you need to be perfected" dialogue just sounds a little off to me.

Yeah bud,
I really didn't want to come across as abrasive, I'm just sensitive to people becoming afraid to boldly proclaim their faith. It's like, if I were interviewing someone of another faith, I'd fully expect them to believe that I am missing out on whatever draws them to that faith- I owe them that much understanding and respect to stay true to what they believe.
Yeah, I don't like 'perfected', either. While salvation is by grace, there is clearly a Biblical element of 'working out our faith' of which the great Apostle Paul toward the end of his journey would not claim to have attained.
I never got to that to that CAO, though I have them bookmarked. I bought a big, fat, dark Macanudo of some kind or another and I clearly felt led of the Lord to stop right after that one. I'm still waiting for him to give me the green light again.

Seriously, Bob, I know you like to tweak lefties, but even you've got to admit the skank is way off the charts, even by her schticky standards, on this one.
Even Michael Savage was ripping her a new arsehole tonight.
Coulter is like WWF ... no substance, so the only way to stay fresh is to become more outrageous with each passing week, to the point where it's so ridiculous even the diehards stop paying attention.
Maybe we now know why Annie is so harsh toward Ahmadinejahd ... they have more in common than she'd like to admit, a la Larry Craig/gays, Jimmy Swaggart/hookers, Rush Limbaugh/drug addiction.
Funny how Annie always says these things when she's got a book coming out.

Even Michael Savage was ripping her a new arsehole tonight. What does THAT mean!? Even Michael Savage!? Do you mean that Jewish guy on the radio so hateful he makes Hannity sound like Mr. Rogers!?

Everything else about Coulter aside, look:
Buddhists think they are onto something Christians don't know.
Catholics think they are onto something Protestants don't know.
Muslims believe their faith is more true than Mormons.
Religious Jews believe all that 'Jesus stuff' is just bunk.
So now, we have a 'Christian' also saying, however crudely, that her beliefs are superior to those of others- thats why she ascribes to them and not the others!!!
If EACH of these groups didn't believe their beliefs were superior, why would they hold them in the first place!? I'll tell you where the Nazism comes in. the Nazism comes in when anyone refuses to recognize this basic element of diverse faiths and won't afford people the opportunity to be true to their faiths without selling them out to make every other person feel good about themselves. At least she isn't like Bill O'Toole and Dennis Miller openly mocking another faith!

Bigot? Maybe, if you ask me she was pulling him around that interview in any direction she saw fit. She worked him over.
In very poor taste, but this guy got worked and lost control of his own show.

And seeing as how she just released a new book she's getting her name out like always, brilliant marketing on her part because she is already vilified by many so it's not going to hurt her in that manner. People will read what she writes just so they can get pissed about it and spout off on the internet.

I agree. If I were him, I would've cut off her mike and kicked her out of my studio and not given her any more airtime.

Ann Coulter Donny Deutsch Jews Perfected The Big Idea
Here it is for anyone who hasn't seen it. After 2 1/2 minutes of him pushing her and pushing her to describe her 'perfect world', imagine Coulter, a Christian, would want to see everyone else believing in Jesus too! Imagine that! Shocking, huh?
He ought to be rejoicing because she betrays her faith and the Word of God and offers up the heretical dual-covenant theology concocted to appease Jews who want majority 'Judeo-Christian' status without the Christ. Man, he really would have been mad if she had held true to her faith- there is no other way to God but through Jesus!

Alright, now we're starting to tell the truth! He had to badger her for 2 1/2 minutes to get her to say it!

Why don't you save your perspiration for the Zionofascists regularly and openly mocking Islam?
edit* Not one to follow Coulter, I suspect you might find comments by her regarding Islam offensive enough to make you forget this interview. That's only a suspicion, however.
